These terms govern purchases from www.swasira.omsaverintl.in, operated by Om Saver International Private Limited under its SwaSira GoFoods food brand. By placing an order, you agree to these terms and the linked policies. You may browse products without creating an account; an account is required to check out.
Products and information
Product availability, flavours, pack sizes and introductory prices may change. Photographs and some product views are illustrative. Before purchase, please review the product name, net quantity, price and information displayed. The final physical pack is the source for ingredients, allergens, nutrition, preparation and shelf-life information. If you have an allergy or dietary concern, contact us before ordering.
Prices and payment
Prices are in Indian rupees. The cart shows the discounted product subtotal, shipping and payable total before payment. Shipping is ₹49 for a discounted product subtotal below ₹500 and free at ₹500 or more. Online payment is processed through Razorpay. We do not offer cash on delivery or direct manual UPI transfer on this website. The order is accepted for fulfilment after payment has been confirmed, subject to stock and delivery serviceability. A payment attempt or pending order is not confirmation that we received payment.
Orders and fulfilment
Please provide a correct name, mobile number and complete Indian delivery address. We may contact you if a product is unavailable, a price or listing contains a material error, or the destination is not serviceable. If we cannot fulfil a paid order, we will offer an appropriate replacement if you agree or refund the affected amount. We will not substitute a product without your consent.
Customer accounts
Keep your login credentials confidential and contact us if you suspect unauthorised access. You are responsible for the accuracy of the details you supply. The account and checkout are intended for people able to enter into a purchase contract.
Cancellations, issues and privacy

Website use and changes
Website text, artwork and branding belong to their respective rights holders. Please do not misuse the site, interfere with its operation or use automated means that disrupt other customers. We may update these terms prospectively; the version displayed when you order applies to that order. Nothing in these terms limits rights available to consumers under applicable law.
