Om Saver International Private Limited operates SwaSira GoFoods at www.swasira.omsaverintl.in. This policy describes personal information used when you browse, register and place an order.
Information we collect
- Account details: name, email and a securely hashed password.
- Order and delivery details: items, prices, shipping name, mobile number, address, PIN code, order status and payment reference IDs.
- Technical data needed to run and protect the site, such as session cookies and server security logs. We do not ask you to enter card details on our site.
- Messages and information you send to customer care.
Why we use it
We use this information to manage accounts, process payments and orders, arrange delivery, respond to support requests, prevent misuse, maintain security and meet applicable record-keeping obligations. We do not treat account creation as consent to marketing emails. If we introduce optional marketing later, we will request a separate choice.
Who receives it
We share only the information needed with service providers involved in operating the store, including our web host, Razorpay for payment processing, and delivery partners for fulfilment. We may disclose information when legally required. We do not sell customer personal information. Razorpay has its own privacy terms for information you provide in its checkout.
Cookies and security
A session cookie keeps your cart and login working; disabling it may prevent checkout. We use HTTPS and access controls, and passwords are stored as hashes. No internet service can promise absolute security. Please keep your password private and tell us promptly if you suspect unauthorised access.
Retention and your choices
We retain account and order information for as long as needed for fulfilment, support, fraud prevention and applicable legal or tax requirements, and then delete or anonymise it when no longer needed. You can request access, correction or deletion of personal information, or raise a privacy concern, by writing to customer care. Some order records may need to be retained even if an account is closed. We may verify your identity before acting on a request.
